3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account and to update that information promptly if it changes. Registering with false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
3.4 One Account Per User. Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in closure of all associated Accounts. Any Balance held in duplicate Accounts may be voided at cb6's discretion.
3.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. You must not register or use the Platform if you are located in, or are a resident of, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. cb6 reserves the right to block access, suspend Accounts, and void Wagers placed by Users determined to be located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. 3.6 Self-Exclusion. If you have previously self-excluded from any gambling platform or gambling self-exclusion scheme and that exclusion period remains active, you are not permitted to register or use cb6. Doing so constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 4.3 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting cb6 support. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
4.4 cb6's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts. cb6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if it determines that a User has breached any provision of this Agreement, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or for any other legitimate operational reason. cb6 will provide notice of closure where legally required and operationally practicable.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. cb6 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to inactive Accounts after providing prior notice. The fee will not reduce any Balance below zero.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cb6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times are displayed in the Account cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. cb6 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile financial service providers, or banking intermediaries.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. cb6 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Withdrawals to card payment methods may take longer depending on the issuing bank.
5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal. cb6 reserves the right to require identity verification before approving any withdrawal. You must provide any requested Verification Documents promptly. General eligibility requires that the User holds a verified Account in good standing. Bonus offers may be restricted to new Users, Users in specific regions, or Users who meet other stated criteria.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly specified for each promotion. Until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met, Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. Real-money Balance and Bonus Funds are kept separately in the Account; real-money funds are used for Wagers first by default unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
6.3 Game Weighting. Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion. 6.5 Abuse Prevention. cb6 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close an Account where it determines that bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers has been employed. The determination of whether activity constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with cb6.
6.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. cb6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the modification does not retrospectively affect a bonus already credited to a User's Account.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All Wagers are subject to acceptance by cb6. cb6 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any Wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already concluded, where a market price was displayed in error, or where the Wager exceeds applicable stake limits.
7.2 Erroneous Odds or Prices. If a Wager is accepted at a price that was displayed due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, cb6 reserves the right to void the Wager and return the stake to the User's Account. cb6 is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous prices, regardless of whether the Wager was placed in good faith.
7.3 Sports Betting Markets. Sports betting results are determined by the outcome of the relevant event as confirmed by the official governing body or data provider used by cb6. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the decision of cb6's trading team, after review of available data, shall be final.
7.4 Casino Game Outcomes. All non-live casino games use certified random number generators to determine outcomes. Game results are final once displayed. If a game malfunctions, all Wagers placed during the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned.
7.5 Void Bets. Where a Wager is voided by cb6 for any legitimate reason under these Terms, the original stake will be returned to the Account Balance. Void Wagers do not count toward any wagering requirement.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cb6 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all Wagers and winnings, forfeiture of any Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the cb6 Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of cb6 or its licensed game and content suppliers. All rights are reserved.
9.2 Limited Licence. cb6 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
